A beautiful warm spring weekend provided the perfect opportunity for canoe friends to gather, paddle, enjoy good food and share stories at the beautiful rustic summer camp at Pocono Lake Preserve.
And those who were fortunate to be sipping coffee on the porch early Saturday morning have a bear of a story to tell, as a well-fed black bear sauntered right in front of them and slowly went on his merry way.
Some WCHA members came for just a day, some stayed overnight. Lots of delicious food was shared, and good times were had and memories made. Here are a few images from the weekend.
