About us…
We bring members together to share the wooden canoe experience. We meet monthly to work on canoe construction during the winter, then to embark on canoe excursions when the weather warms up. Our chapter is based primarily in Eastern through Central Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.
Upcoming Events
We have many paddling excursions ranging from local day trips to weekend camping canoe trips. In those cold months when a warm fireplace sounds better than a windy lake, we have indoor gatherings to learn something new about canoes, camping, paddling and restoration. Guests are always welcome to join us.
The Delaware Valley Chapter is a local chapter of the national organization, Wooden Canoe Heritage Association.
